The room block is set aside for 10 rooms at a time, between 1/19/10 - 1/22/10, so if it replies with date or rate unavailable, the current block may have been used up, and you will need to contact us so we can request that they open another block. If you require any room pre/post the dates mentioned above, make the reservations for the dates between the 19th and 22nd that you want and advise us of the additional dates requested so the hotel can add those dates at the preferred rate, based on availability.
